We acknowledge the importance of our practices during these challenging and unsettled times and continue to provide service virtually every Saturday at 5.30 pm. The practices include Heart Centred Meditations and Kundalini yoga. 


The unknown, the news, the fast-paced and never-ending change of current life can be unsettling for many and we can be easily triggered if unaware. 


Our Intention is bringing to awareness and integrating everything that is arising on a personal level, becoming whole again and again and again, moment by moment, so we can make our choices by not reacting but consciously responding.


Tools and techniques will be given and small discussions are also part of the sessions. This is our contribution to mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well being in our community.
