We would like to welcome and open door to our group for our forth year for those who wish to do Inner work. To welcome you in a quiet space where Spirituality and Psychology meet to serve the needs of a modern man. To welcome you in a place where effort is made to align ourselves with body, mind and spirit.
Our intention is through mindfulness practices to work with our psyche and emotions, becoming aware and integrating different parts of ourselves, bringing ourselves to wholeness moment by moment, better connecting to ones body and heart, knowing our minds, choosing perspectives wisely, letting go and letting be so we are better prepared for the challenging times we live in.
Our intention is through Kundalini yoga practic is to understand that you have a threefold structure: body, mind, and soul. To bring all three into balance, and maintain the healthy relationship in between.It is a supreme technology of awareness that includes exercises, meditations, sound, chanting- mantras. In Kundalini Yoga the most important thing is your experience. It goes right to your heart. No words can replace that experience.
